Sneak Peek at ABC's of F1 Racing 2nd Edition
Hello friends! It’s finally May!
May is one of my favorite months of the year. It’s my daughter’s birthday, my wedding anniversary, Mother’s Day, and of course, some incredible racing.
From the Miami GP, to the Coca Cola 600, to the legendary Indianapolis 500, this month is packed with reasons to celebrate motorsports. And this year feels especially exciting for Red Racer Books because not one, but two of our authors will be racing in the Indy 500.
The Month of May is one of the most magical traditions in motorsports. It’s full of history, speed, family, and big dreams and takes over Indianapolis for a full month.
This year, it feels especially meaningful for Red Racer Books because two of our authors are part of the Greatest Spectacle in Racing.
Katherine Legge, author of Kat’s Magic Helmet, will be racing in the 110th running of this legendary race. Her car is looking fierce, and we’ll be cheering her on all month long.
Kat’s story is about courage, confidence, and proving you belong. It’s an inspiring message for every young racer, reader, and dreamer.
Josef Newgarden, author of Josef’s BIG Dream, is back at the Speedway chasing another Indy 500 victory.
Josef’s story is all about chasing a childhood dream with patience, grit, and belief. It’s exactly the kind of story we love sharing with young readers.
So if your family is getting excited for the Indy 500, this is the perfect time to bring a little Indy magic to storytime.
