THE NEW ABCs OF RACING IS HERE!!!! 🏎️

Hi everyone! I'm Andy Amendola, founder of Red Racer Books. If you're new here and we haven't met yet, welcome!

I run this small, independent children's book publishing company on a mission to make racing more accessible and fun for kids and families. We create colorful, educational books that introduce young readers to the exciting world of Formula 1, NASCAR, INDYCAR, and more!

I started Red Racer Books because I wanted to share my love of racing with my own kids, but couldn't find the kind of books I was looking for. Five years ago, we launched our very first book, ABCs of Racing, on Kickstarter.

And now the book that started it all is BACK, and better than ever!

I'm excited to announce that ABCs of Racing: My First Guide to F1 Racing, 2nd Edition officially launches October 13, but you can order today if you'd like!

Available wherever books are sold! Order directly from Red Racer Books, or shop at Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Books-A-Million, and your favorite local bookstore!

Our website currently ships to the US and Canada. For our UK readers, a UK edition is coming next month, and I'll share more details soon!

What's new, you ask? A LOT! 🏎️

We didn't just update the content. We made the entire book better, inside and out!

πŸ“š Better quality all around! Improved hardcover binding, sturdier pages, and richer, more vibrant color printing.

🏎️ Updated racing concepts! Refreshed terms and explanations to reflect today's Formula 1 racing.

🎨 New and updated illustrations! Fresh artwork inspired by modern F1 cars, teams, and racing scenes.

🏁 Still the ABCs of Racing you love! 26 letters, real Formula 1 concepts, and plenty to discover for young racing fans ages 3–8!

WE GOT OUR FIRST KIRKUS STAR! ⭐

And here's something we're especially proud of! The new edition received a Kirkus Starred Review, an honor awarded to only about 10% of books reviewed by Kirkus and they called it: "Visually captivating and informative."

SHOP THE NEW ABCs OF RACING

Available wherever books are sold. If your local bookstore doesn't have it, just ask them to order a copy!

AUSTIN, HERE WE COME! 🏁

We're heading to Austin for Formula 1 race week, and we'd love to see you!

If you're in Austin, come say hello. We'd love to meet you and your little racing fans!

Happy Reading and Racing,
Andy
